Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our roastery.

    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
